Corporate Online Banking FAQ
You will receive a confirmation message and a digital receipt. You can also check your transaction history and download the receipt.
Yes. We at FMFB-A developed a comprehensive SMS Banking User Manual that takes you through a step-by-step journey on how to use SMS Banking Services. To receive the document, all you need to do is to send us an email to customerservices@fmfb.com.af or contact us by dialing 599 and request for the “SMS Banking User Manual”.
You can only initiate a money transfer when the payee to whom transfers are required to be made are registered in your online banking application. For the complete guideline of different types of Payee (Internal, Domestic and International) contact with FMFB-A Call center team.

Transfer Funds/Money enables you to initiate payment from your bank account to any other bank account without visiting the bank, enjoying from the ease of your home through online banking. Payments are categorized on the basis of transfer to account within your own accounts, the bank, outside the bank and beyond geographical boundaries, such as;
1. when the transfer is between your own accounts it is called My Account Transfer,
2. when the transfer is to an account within the bank it is an Internal Transfer,
3. transfer to an account outside the bank, but within the country is called a Domestic Transfer, 4. and, a transfer to an account outside the country is called an International Payment.
IMPORTANT: Before transferring funds, you must create or add a payee on your online banking application.
You can do Internal, domestic and International fund transferring.
It is easy to change your password, on the login page of online banking platform, find the forgot password option and change your password, if you enter more than three times wrong password Your online banking User access is automatically blocked from the system, you must call the FMFB-A Customer service team to unblock you access and then change your password.
After your first-time login with the OTP (One-time Password) which is sent to you from the ADC Unit of FMFB-A once you login to your online banking user, the next page requests you to set your Password by enter your current OTP Password on the current Password section you can set a new password for your online banking user, set your password as per password instructions at the right side of the screen.
It is majorly free; however, standard transaction charges will be applied as per FMFB-A Schedule of Bank Charges.
Yes FMFB-A Corporate online banking allows you, that different USERS have access to same corporate account with different Passwords and USER ID.
For Corporate account, all the authorized signatories shall visit the bank in person (those signatories who are requesting for user) and fill the Corporate Application Form.

Electricity Bill Payment
Open your online banking account, go to the “Bill Payment” section, select “Electricity,” enter your bill account number, verify it, and the bill details will be retrieved automatically. Finally, select “Pay”.
No, it is free of cost.
Payments are typically processed in real-time or within a few seconds.
Yes, you will receive a confirmation message and a digital receipt once the provider acknowledges the payment.
You can pay five electricity bills per month
If the payment fails, your account will not be debited. If debited, the amount will be refunded within 24 hours. If not, please contact our customer support team at 599.
Yes, you can pay any bill as long as you have the correct consumer or reference number and sufficient funds in your bank account.
Answer: Typically, no, as the bill amount will be automatically retrieved; however, the automatic bill amount shouldn’t exceed AFN 30,000
You only need your consumer or reference number, as shown on your electricity bill.
Yes, you can check & trace all your electricity bill payment history from your bank account statement via Online Banking.
Yes, you can pay your electricity bills 24/7, including weekends and public holidays.
Verify your consumer number. If the issue persists, contact the electricity provider directly, as we retrieve data from their system.

You can top up your credit from all national telecom operators available in the country.
Min top-up limit is AFN 50, and the Max top-up limit is AFN 3,000
Transactions Per day with a cumulative amount of Max AFN 10,000
Yes, you can top up any valid mobile number. Simply enter the recipient’s number during the top-up process.
Please double-check the number before confirming. Transactions with/to incorrect numbers cannot be reversed once processed.
Yes, a confirmation message will appear on the screen. You can also view it in your transaction history.
In case of a failed top-up, the amount is usually refunded within 24 hours. If not, please contact our customer support team at 599.
Yes, the mobile top-up service is available around the clock, subject to operator network availability.

Once you login to the FMFB-A Online banking Platform, on the Payments section:
- select transfer money
- Select manage Payees and Billers
- Add new Payee
- Enter the details of person you want to transfer money
- click on the transfer money option after new payee added to your payee list
- select the payee
- Choose your account if you have different accounts with FMFB-A mention the amount you want to transfer and details of the transfer
- Click to the transfer button
- Review the details of transfer and Click on confirm button
- FMFB-A Sent a verification Code on your mobile number and Email write the verification code, then click submit after that the confirmation of your transfer will show on your screen.

No. FMFB-A does not impose any charges to be passed on to customers. Only the normal charges will be applied per SMS as set by your telecommunication network (carrier).
No. They are not case-sensitive.
To request information about your account you can send an SMS to 599 with a specific “SMS Code”. The SMS Codes to use are as follows:

Wallet Push & Pull Transactions
A Wallet Push is when you transfer funds from your FMFB-A bank account to your linked electronic wallet.
A Wallet Pull is when you transfer funds from your electronic wallet back to your FMFB-A bank account.

Answer: You push/pull up to 100 transactions and up to AFN One Million in a month
Most transactions are processed instantly. In some cases, it may take a few minutes, depending on the wallet provider.
Yes, you can perform Push transactions (bank to wallet) to any registered wallet number; however, pull transactions (Wallet to Bank) can only be performed from your own wallet.
If a transfer fails, check your account balance and wallet status. If funds were deducted but not received, contact customer support for assistance at 599.
Typically, such transactions are, by default, available for Push transactions, and all transactions are secured with encryption and multi-factor authentication to protect your funds, whereas for Pull transactions, minor maintenance is required, which is done by the bank. Thus, in case of encountering any issue with a Pull transaction, kindly reach us via 599 or customerservices@fmfb.com.af
Yes, you can contact the bank at any time during working hours to unlink; however, all transactions are dual authenticated.
