As per DAB Circular, both in withdrawal and online transferring you can’t cross this limitation the limitation of online banking is 4 transaction per month two online banking and two P2P.
In Domestic Fund transferring, you must provide complete details of the transferring which is not for withdrawal.
International Fund transferring outward is still closed from DAB (Da Afghanistan Bank).
