The First MicroFinance Bank (FMFB) successfully delivered 22 training sessions over 22 days, benefiting 684 male and female participants across six branches in Badakhshan: Faizabad, Kishm, Baharak, Jirm, Shughnan, and Ishkashim.
The program focused on Entrepreneurship, Financial Education, Business Management, and Consumer Rights Protection, equipping participants with practical skills in business planning, financial management, savings, marketing, cash flow management, and banking services.
Participant feedback reflected high satisfaction and strong interest in continued training, greater support for women entrepreneurs, improved access to financing, and expanded business development opportunities.
